A leading air-conditioning solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support Senior Engineer for their Uxbridge location. This role involves providing technical support to distributors and end users, conducting training seminars, and ensuring high-quality service for Comfort Chiller products. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is essential, and the candidate should be prepared for business trips across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in Comfort Chiller.
• Understanding of customer requirements is essential.
• Knowledge of regulations related to boilers and/or heat pumps.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to distributors and end users.
• Investigate unit troubles by analyzing operation data.
• Organize seminars and create presentations for distributors.

Technical experience within Comfort Chiller

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
