Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Technical Success Manager in London to manage a portfolio of strategic customers in the UK. You will drive product usage through AI adoption, perform deep technical reviews, and design adoption plans to deliver measurable business impact.

You will guide customer teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows, leveraging OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench. Collaboration with Product Management and Global Support is essential to resolve challenges and ensure customer

Experience translating complex client requirements into actionable technical plans.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts to accelerate product usage through AI adoption in large-scale environments.
Perform technical reviews for complex systems and enforce OutSystems best practices.
Design adoption plans to drive business impact and guide customers to implement agentic systems.
Lead customers' development teams through transitions to Agentic Workflows using OutSystems tools.
Advocate for customers internally, coordinating with Product Management and Global Support.
