Job summary

Darling Moo Talent Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer. The role blends deep technical expertise with customer-facing work, leading workshops, demos and technical evaluations to help customers adopt new technology with confidence.

You will collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to deliver demonstrations, support onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the adoption journey across UK and international customers.

Qualifications

• Experience applying machine learning to engineering optimisation or design exploration.
• Familiarity with GT-SUITE or Simcenter CAE tools.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements, discovery workshops and tailored demonstrations.
• Scope and run technical evaluations, PoCs and pilot projects.
• Support customers across the engineering V-cycle in automotive, commercial vehicle and powertrain.
• Deliver technical presentations, proposals and supporting collateral.
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment and long-term adoption.
• Provide insight to internal engineering and product teams to influence future development.
• Represent the organisation at customer meetings and industry events in the UK and internationally.

We're supporting an innovative engineering organisation in central Cambridge. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with customer-facing work as you will be leading workshops, running demos and helping engineering teams adopt new technology with confidence.
