Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM and engineering delivery across a complex operational estate in the United Kingdom. You will drive technical leadership, oversee maintenance activities, ensure H&S and statutory compliance, and manage contractor relations to deliver high standards of performance.

The role requires a background in mechanical, electrical, or building services with experience in demanding environments.

Are you an experienced engineering leader ready to step into a senior technical role? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM and engineering delivery across a complex operational estate.

The Role You’ll:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and technical operations.
• Ensure statutory, contractual and H&S compliance.
• Manage engineering performance, competency and safe systems of work.
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage specialist contractors and build strong stakeholder relationships.

You You’ll bring:

• Strong Hard FM, engineering or technical services management experience.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing engineers.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and engineering standards.
• Experience within complex, critical operational environments.
• A mechanical, electrical or building services background.
• PFI/PPP experience would be advantageous.
