Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated professional to assist with workload management and co-ordination of cytotoxic reconstitution in the technical services unit. You will liaise with chemotherapy day unit staff, support workflow, and contribute to performance reports on quality, safety and efficiency.

The role includes deployment of staff, induction and training of technicians, and supervision of pharmacists rotating through technical services, ensuring

Competenze

Experience supervising junior staff in a pharmacy/technical services setting.
Ability to train, supervise and assess Pre-reg Technicians and PTPTs.
Knowledge of GMP and dispensing/compounding procedures.

Mansioni

Assist with workload management and coordination of sterile cytotoxic reconstitution and CIVAS.
Liaise with chemotherapy day unit staff to support workflow.
Generate reports on technical services performance (quality, safety, efficiency).
Support departmental drug expenditure system for cancer services.
