The Senior Technical Services Coordinator is a key member of the Technical Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and excellent service for all UK and Ireland Technical Services customers. You will also handle administrative tasks related to UKI Technical Service activities, maintain databases, and support colleagues, including deputizing for the Customer Support Supervisor when needed.
