Responsibilities

• Work with clients delivering large commercial construction and building projects.
• Attend construction sites and client meetings to understand size, scope, programme and technical requirements.
• Identify and scope the compliance testing and associated technical services required across the project.
• Develop commercial proposals for large, complex testing packages, not just single services.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders including main contractors, developers, consultants, engineers and building services professionals.
