Job summary

Fuse Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across software engineering, hardware, trading and quant. You’ll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

You will develop tailored sourcing strategies, screen for technical excellence and cultural fit, and guide candidates through seamless processes in a fast-moving, globally distributed company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on technical roles (software/hardware trading, quant, data science).
• Background hiring at high-bar companies or scaling tech firms.
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche skill sets.
• Comfortable crossing multiple technical disciplines, not siloed to one area.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates; excellent communication.
• Experience with ATS, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software, hardware, trading and data science/quant.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, ensure smooth candidate experiences.
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and timelines.
