Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps. You will partner with founders and senior leaders to define hiring needs and build scalable sourcing strategies that attract top commercial talent.

You will run structured interviews, assess candidates for both capability and revenue impact, manage pipelines and time-to-hire metrics, and help strengthen our employer brand in GTM markets as

• Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures.
• Track record of hiring high-performing sales and marketing professionals.
