The Role

As a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager, you will report to the Programme Director/Program Sponsor and work closely with Technology, Project, and Business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Your responsibilities include working with project planners, BAs, developers, and vendors to plan and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget, finalizing deliverables, creating scope, and obtaining technical approvals. You will track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain multiple project plans in collaboration with project planners and workstream leads.
• Manage interdependencies and provide management reporting for complex projects and programs.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for planning standards.
• Support the creation of program reports and MI, including milestone forecasts and RAG statuses.
• Utilize MS Office tools for reporting and quality checks.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Organize and facilitate planning workshops at key project stages.
• Perform quality assurance checks on project plans.
• Support program assurance checks and audits.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with Document Management solutions, currently working with Worksite, transitioning to SPO/Power Platform.
• PRINCE2/PMP certification, with additional MS tools certification; engineering/IT background preferred.
• Expert MS Project planning skills supporting large, complex projects.
• Proficient with MI tools like PowerBI and Excel for reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Highly organized, confident, and proactive.
• Understanding of wider program and firm objectives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Innovative problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with PowerBI, ServiceNow, and handling large transformation programs.
• Understanding of budgeting, contracts, and resource processes.
