Job summary

Fora is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects across our expanding portfolio. You will report to the Director of Technology Infrastructure and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and high standards.

You'll work on workspace fit-outs, technology refreshes, network upgrades and infrastructure deployments, collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to deliver impactful

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the business.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Define testing, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Support improvements to project governance, standards and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure projects align with business priorities and technology strategy.

• Reporting to the Director of Technology Infrastructure, you'll manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard
• From new workspace fit-outs and technology refreshes to network upgrades and infrastructure deployments, you'll work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to bring projects to life

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with suppliers including cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providersStrong project planning, risk management and governance skillsExperience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExcellent communication, organisation and documentation skills5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projectsPRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent project management qualificationExperience within flexible workspace, property, construction or infrastructure environmentsExperience delivering network refreshes, workplace technology implementations or major infrastructure upgrades
