SharkNinja in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Project Management (ITPM) to join the Engineering Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will align project direction with senior stakeholders, mentor PMs, and drive governance across global teams while delivering 5-star products to market.

The role blends leadership with hands-on oversight of schedules, risks, and retailer requirements in a hybrid setup at Battersea Power Station.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading a project portfolio and mentoring PMs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and strong presentation skills.
• Experience with plastics or consumer products manufacturing.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership or board.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and direction on engineering tasks and cross-functional priorities.
• Own delivery of 5-star products to market.
• Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules meeting retailer requirements.
• Lead senior project reviews and cross-functional governance.
• Set up, track, and improve project plans across the portfolio.
• Mentor project managers and junior TPMs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for the portfolio.
