Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to join the Engineering Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with hybrid work and a minimum of 3 days in our Battersea Power Station, London office.

You will align project direction with senior stakeholders, mentor PMs, and partner with Design and Engineering leadership to deliver NPD products to market. This role focuses on WHAT is delivered and strategic portfolio governance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in project management.
• 6+ years of project management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor other PMs.
• Strong presentation skills with senior stakeholders influence.
• Experience guiding projects across the full lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and direction on engineering tasks, deliverables, and cross functional priorities.
• Own delivery of 5 star products to market (best in class products).
• Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction (the right product).
• Ensure project schedules are up to date, progressing to plan, and meeting retailer requirements (on time).
• Lead cross functional governance forums and senior project reviews.
