Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Digital Wealth to lead client implementations and platform delivery engagements from initiation through completion. You will manage resources, budgets, schedules, scope, and quality while engaging stakeholders and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, oversee all project phases, and drive timely execution across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the finance or technology industry.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology environment.
• 5+ years using industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
• 2-3 years of experience leading complex project teams and delivery efforts.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Experience with Jira, Tempo, Confluence and fast-paced environments.
• Financial services industry experience, particularly wealth management or digital advisory platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and digital wealth client solutions.
• Lead all phases of project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and proactive risk management.
• Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional organization.
• Maintain accurate project status, budgets, schedules, and scope updates for reporting.
