Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with 5+ years leading SDLC initiatives.
• Strong Scrum Master background in fast‑paced SDLC environments.
• Fluent French is desirable; willingness to engage with multilingual teams.
• Proven ability to deliver software releases on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery Leadership: run sprint ceremonies and ensure alignment with goals.
• Release Management: coordinate releases, QA, and post‑release validation.
• Milestone Tracking: keep roadmaps aligned with sprint deliverables.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and Ops.
• Process Discipline: enforce SDLC practices, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify and mitigate risks early.
• Internal Stakeholder Reporting: provide clear progress updates to leadership.
• Team Culture: foster accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.
