Team Creation Limited in London is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex software projects across platforms, APIs, and backoffice systems. You will coordinate Product Manager, Dev Lead, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game software solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical insight, mentoring, and fostering ownership and continuous improvement, while ensuring timely delivery, architectural alignment, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical lead or management roles.
• Hands-on experience building scalable Java apps (Java 17+).
• Strong plan, prioritize, and mentor teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps, infra, and software teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with Product Manager and Dev Lead.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including platform enhancements and integrations.
• Break down complex requirements into executable plans with milestones.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, release coordination.
• Act as technical contact for troubleshooting and architectural alignment.
• Mentor team members on technical practices and problem solving.
