Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the Liquid Technical Team and drive the next generation of Monster products across EMEA. You will own the liquid commercialisation process from formulation to manufacturing, manage trials, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products on time.

The role requires 8+ years in product development or technical commercialisation, with strong formulation expertise and experience in beverages or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Experience with liquid formulation and commercialisation.
• 8+ years in product development, delivery or technical commercialisation, including management.
• Strong formula commercialisation experience, preferably in beverages or FMCG.
• Understanding of formula development, manufacturing and quality processes.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions, challenge the status quo and drive execution.
• Desirable: relevant Scientific or Engineering degree; travel ~30%.

• Lead trials and commercialisation projects, including supporting Africa and the Middle East.
• Work with NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external partners to bring products to market.
• Use formulation expertise to solve technical challenges, manage risk and keep projects moving.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce complexity in ways of working.
• Ensure all technical information, formulation data and documentation is accurate and production-ready.

• Ensure all technical information, formulation data and documentation is accurate and production-ready.

What are we looking for?

• We want someone who knows liquid formulation and commercialisation inside out.
• 8+ years' experience across product development, delivery or technical commercialisation, including management experience.
• Strong formula commercialisation experience - ideally within beverages or FMCG.
• A solid understanding of formula development, manufacturing and quality processes.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to make decisions, challenge the status quo and get things done.
• A relevant Scientific or Engineering degree would be desirable.
• Please note, this role has around 30% international travel.
