Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Commercialisation Lead to steer beverages formulation and industrialisation from concept to manufacturing.

You will manage a 3–4 person technical team, drive trials, and partner with NPD, Quality and Regulatory teams to bring products to market. The role includes coordinating international projects across regions and delivering robust, production-ready formulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product development, delivery or technical commercialisation with management experience.
• Strong formula commercialisation experience in beverages or FMCG.
• Understanding of formula development, manufacturing and quality processes.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions and drive progress; challenge the status quo.
• Degree in science or engineering desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 technical specialists, driving delivery and technical excellence.
• Own the liquid commercialisation process, from formulation through to successful manufacturing.
• Lead trials and commercialisation projects, including directly supporting Africa and the Middle East.
• Work closely with NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external partners to bring products to market.
• Use your formulation expertise to solve technical challenges, manage risk and keep projects moving.
• Drive continuous improvement, finding smarter ways of working and reducing complexity.
• Ensure all technical information, formulation data and documentation is accurate and production-ready.
