Job summary

Productive Machines, a UK-based deep-tech company specialising in physics-AI for industrial software, seeks a Technical Project Manager to coordinate and deliver a mix of customer-facing pilot projects, collaborative R&D programs, and complex software delivery initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, product, customers and partners to drive structured, high-visibility delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience managing technical, software, engineering or industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating both internal and customer-facing projects.
• Comfortable working with technical engineering teams and external customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal software and product development projects across engineering and product teams.
• Manage customer-facing pilot projects, onboarding activities, software deployments, and integrations.
• Support delivery of collaborative R&D projects involving external partners.
• Define and track project scope, timelines, risks, budgets and dependencies.
