GlobalLogic seeks a seasoned Technical Programme Manager to lead the Teradata Exit programme, overseeing migration of critical data and processes to the Enterprise Data Platform on AWS. You will own the strategic roadmap, align Barclays CRO/Finance/Quants, and ensure delivery by the December 2027 deadline.

You will steer governance, risk management and architectural oversight across data pipelines, lineage, and audit readiness, while driving parallel runs and production readiness for

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large IT programmes in Tier-1 financial services.
Deep regulatory and governance knowledge for Risk/Finance domains.
Ability to guide decisions without coding, understanding AWS data stack.

Responsibilities

Own delivery strategy for Teradata Exit and guide cross-functional teams.
Report programme health, milestones, and data migration progress.
Define standards for data pipelines, lineage, and reconciliation.
Oversee evidence collection for regulatory compliance and parallel runs.
Coordinate handover to cloud-native platforms with runbooks.
