Job summary

Tesco Bank, part of Barclays, is seeking a Senior Programme Test Lead to oversee a large-scale integration programme across Business and IT. You will define test strategy, coordinate teams, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end testing coverage in a complex data migration environment.

The role requires strong communication, banking sector experience, and hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks and data workflows within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tests for large-scale data migration programmes.
• Strong communication across business and IT teams.
• Hands-on with AWS, Datawarehouse, Databricks.
• Banking sector experience and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Generating Test Strategy, Designs and Reports, working with teams across Business and IT.
• Validating test scope by reviewing of requirements and design documentation, liaising with SMEs.
• Communication of testing strategy and progress to senior programme and business stakeholders.
• Defining Testing Roles and responsibilities, and ensuring agreement on dependencies.
• Working with each of the teams involved to ensure end to end testing.
• Reviewing test results and any defects/reporting progress, risks & issues.
• Investigating issues and working with test teams to identify root cause and resolution.
