Strong strategic and analytical capability to assess performance and deliver data-driven metrics.
Deep expertise in risk identification, mitigation, dependency management, and contingency planning.
Proven ability to drive technology adoption and operating model change at scale.
Executive-level facilitation skills to lead workshops and decision forums.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and portfolio execution for large-scale transformation programs with governance and transparency across multiple workstreams.
Develop integrated program plans with technical requirements, milestones, and rollout planning.
Partner with leadership to define scope, value, and success metrics; drive process improvements and adoption.
Proactively manage risk, controls, and delivery health with escalation when needed.
Provide executive reporting and insights using data visualization and concise narratives.
Drive stakeholder engagement through workshops, communications, and training approaches.
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and translate best practices into pragmatic transformation approaches.
Define and enforce enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted workflows.
Drive experimentation with agentic tools and scale successful pilots.
