Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the AI Platform function, coordinating data, compute, tooling and model workflows to ship high‑impact AI capabilities for our vehicles.

You will partner with engineering, research and product to drive flagship programmes, establish scalable planning cadences, and improve developer velocity, compute efficiency and model performance while keeping delivery tightly aligned with

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on technical programme management across platform and ML infrastructure.
• Built or scaled a programme function, and led teams with ownership.
• Strong technical depth in ML infra, compute and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a TPM team for AI Platform delivery.
• Align priorities across ML, research, infra and product.
• Manage dependencies, surface risks and remove blockers.
• Use KPIs and reviews to steer delivery with data.
• Drive developer velocity and platform reliability.
