Job summary

Wayve is seeking a senior product manager to lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, researchers and PMs, translating AI research progress into a clear product roadmap and measurable outcomes.

You will own a substantial work package end‑to‑end, define strategy, sequence work, and ship features that move the AI Driver product forward, while collaborating with automotive partners to balance ambition with practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in deep‑tech projects.
• Strong ability to translate AI research into product roadmaps.
• Experience engaging with engineers, researchers and PMs.
• Ability to discuss technical trade‑offs credibly with researchers.
• Track record delivering complex technical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, researchers and PMs without formal authority; remove blockers and energise the team.
• Engage deeply with AI/ML, autonomy and embodied AI; debate trade-offs with senior technical staff.
