Job summary

You will coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and leadership to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality targets. You will blend strong program management with deep technical understanding to challenge plans, assess maturity, and support informed decisions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong engineering background in electronics/RF/edge computing.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulated engineering environments (ECSS or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of complex customer programs from contract to acceptance.
• Own program performance across technical, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across systems, RF, electronics, FPGA, software, manufacturing, integration, and test functions.
• Drive accountability and escalate issues early to protect delivery.
