Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 9+ years in board-level electronics design, analysis and test.
• Experience in high‑reliability electronics for space/defense.
• Ownership of design phase from concept to production.
• Production and deployment of hardware products.
• HDI layout, IPC standards and board manufacturing expertise.
• Lab bring‑up experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of complex electronics modules and systems.
• Lead hardware engineering teams to develop multi‑module products.
• Provide SME support across hardware development.
• Develop hardware architecture and system requirements.
• Perform detailed schematic design and PCB layout.
• Conduct SI/PI and thermal analyses and guide methodologies.
• Create bring‑up plans and verification tests for new hardware.
• Lead validation testing with a team and release to production.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers for growth and capability.
