Job summary

Formula. is seeking a Senior Product Manager who can own how our systems connect, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture in London. Focus is on APIs, integrations and strategy to connect core platforms.

You will lead API roadmap, guide secure, reusable APIs, collaborate with Salesforce teams, and translate technical challenges into clear product outcomes.

Hybrid London, up to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits.

We're working with a global services business to find a Senior Product Manager who can take genuine ownership of how their systems connect and communicate. The \"technical\" aspect is key; you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture, owning the strategy and delivery of the integrations and APIs that connect core systems. You'll be trusted to challenge architectural decisions, and still keep sight of the bigger commercial picture.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the vision, roadmap and prioritisation for the internal API/integration landscape
• Shaping API strategy that supports business transformation, operational efficiency and scalability
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture and Salesforce teams
• Guiding the design of secure, resilient and reusable APIs
• Leading integration initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery
• Turning complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes

What you'll bring:

• Genuine experience as a Technical Product Manager in a complex technology environment
• A track record of delivering real APIs, integrations or platform connectivity solutions
• Strong grasp of API architecture, microservices and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrations

Nice to have:

• Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka or similar middleware/event platforms
• Understanding of OAuth2/JWT authentication and security models
