Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a major health insurance employer to hire a Senior Pricing Analyst - Technical. Located in Tunbridge Wells with a hybrid pattern (2 days onsite), you will dive into claims data, build predictive models and push pricing across portfolios.

You’ll work at the intersection of Pricing, Claims and Reserving, using Python and Radar, exploring new data, testing approaches and mentoring others in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background with pricing experience in insurance.
• Experience manipulating large claims data and building predictive models.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models for health insurance portfolios.
• Collaborate with Claims and Reserving to understand drivers of risk.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best-practice in modelling.
• Explore new data sources and modelling approaches to improve pricing performance.
