The role leads the technical function on a 1,500-unit scheme, managing design from current stage to delivery while coordinating architects, engineers and consultants.

It involves risk management, multi-phase leadership and mentoring within a busy development team.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Manager/Technical Manager with residential development experience.
• Experience managing design, technical approvals and information release.
• Proven ability to coordinate architects, engineers and consultants on large schemes.
• Knowledge of building safety considerations, ideally Building Safety Act awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical function across a 1,500-unit residential development.
• Manage design from current stage through construction and delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee design development, technical approvals and information release.
• Support cross-functional teams across procurement and mobilisation.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple phases and mentor junior staff.
