Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Location: Horley, Surrey

Salary: Up To £60,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver and continuously improve the company’s food safety and QMS system
• Ensure documented technical controls are operated within the site
• Ensure legal requirements, customers codes of practices, and industry standards are upheld
• Maintaining accurate data collection, identifying trends, and escalating when intervention is required. I.e., complaints out of spec micro, Taste panel, serious complaints.
• Monitoring systems i.e., QA checks, GMP audits, Process audits etc ensuring audits
• Review of artwork and QMS-related documents are made promptly to ensure successful launches.
• Report to the Site Technical Manager
• Review of technical documents
• Writing/Reviewing of Specifications
• Supplier Approval

Experience:

• Experience within the food industry in a Technical/Quality post
• Experience in QA, HACCP/VACCP/TACCP Food Safety and Allergen Management
