Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Location: Horley, Surrey

Hours: Monday to Friday

Note: This vacancy does not offer sponsorship or accept candidates on PSW Visa.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and improve the company’s food safety and QMS system.
2. Ensure documented technical controls are operated within the site.
3. Uphold legal requirements, customer codes of practice, and industry standards.
4. Maintain accurate data collection, identify trends, and escalate issues when necessary (e.g., complaints, micro issues, taste panels).
5. Review artwork and QMS-related documents for successful product launches.
6. Report to the Site Technical Manager.
7. Review technical documents and write/review specifications.

Experience:

1. Experience in the food industry in a Technical/Quality role.
2. Experience with QA, HACCP/VACCP/TACCP Food Safety, and Allergen Management.
