Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a technically strong liability adjuster at Associate Director level to lead cradle-to-grave EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East, with specialist exposures such as product recall and entertainment liability.

You’ll have hybrid working across London and the South East, act as a technical referral point, mentor trainees, shape investigation strategy and reporting standards, and help steer the liability practice toward

Job description

This role combines complex cradle-to-grave liability adjusting with a genuine step into senior technical leadership.

You'll handle high-quality EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East, while also working on specialist exposures including product recall and entertainment liability - work that sits well outside routine casualty portfolios.

Because instructions are delivered on an hourly-rate basis, you're trusted to investigate thoroughly, shape strategy and drive outcomes rather than manage claim volume.
