Qualifications

• 15+ years’ post-qualification experience in UK Residential or Commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
• Experience across RIBA Stages 3–6.

Responsibilities

• Support construction stage delivery.
• Develop technical standards and quality systems.
• Engage with contractors and clients for compliant delivery.
