Qualifications

• Experience leading on detail and coordinating complex consultant inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of a large residential project through RIBA Stages 4 to 6.
• Own coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review Revit models and ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Champion quality, risk mitigation, and practical decision making.
• Support and guide junior staff in developing technical capability.

Skills

Proven delivery experience on large scale multi unit housing projects in the UK

Strong Revit capability and confidence working in BIM environments

Excellent technical knowledge across building regulations and construction processes
