Ignis Partners Limited. in London is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead a high-profile commercial retrofit in Central London for an institutional client. You will manage design through delivery, coordinating with a wider consultant team across all RIBA stages.

The role requires strong job-running experience, Revit proficiency across all stages, and clear client leadership within a listed-building context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' UK post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven job-running experience — essential.
• Confident, client-facing, with the ability to lead a project team.
• Proficient in Revit, with experience across all RIBA Stages 0–6.
• Experience undertaking Principal Designer duties.
• Listed building experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Job run the project from design through to delivery, taking ownership of programme and outcomes.
• Lead client-facing engagement with the institutional client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate a project team, including junior members and consultants.
• Develop and coordinate technical drawing packages in Revit across RIBA Stages 0–6.
• Undertake Principal Designer duties in line with CDM requirements.
• Ensure design quality and technical compliance on a sensitive listed-building retrofit.
