Job summary
iO Associates is seeking an experienced Technical Lead on a contract basis to drive a major Student Information System transformation in Higher Education. You will own the technical direction across student systems, integrations and data migration, acting as a senior technical authority.

Qualifications
- Strong technical delivery experience within UK Higher Education.
- Experience with Student Record Systems – SITS/eVision, Banner or similar.
- Experience with major SIS implementations, upgrades or replacements.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end student lifecycle.
- Strong integration/API and data migration experience.
- Strong SQL/database knowledge.
- Experience leading technical teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Azure/AWS experience beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of a Student Information System transformation.
- Own the architecture, integrations and data migration.
- Lead developers, analysts and testers across the programme.
- Turn business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Work with and challenge third-party suppliers.
