Job summary

IO Associates is seeking a Technical Lead to drive a major Student Information System transformation within Higher Education. You will own the architecture, integrations, and data migration, and lead developers, analysts and testers across the programme.

This senior, hands-on role requires delivering robust, scalable solutions while partnering with university stakeholders and third-party suppliers. The position is UK hybrid with occasional client site visits, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Strong technical delivery experience within UK Higher Education.
• Experience with Student Record Systems such as SITS/eVision, Banner, or similar.
• Experience with major SIS implementations, upgrades, or replacements.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge.

Salary: £104,000 - 117,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong technical delivery experience within UK Higher Education
• Experience with Student Record Systems such as SITS/eVision, Banner, or similar
• Experience with major SIS implementations, upgrades, or replacements
• Good understanding of the end-to-end student lifecycle
• Strong integration/API and data migration experience
• Strong SQL/database knowledge
• Experience leading technical teams and working with senior stakeholders
• Azure/AWS experience is beneficial
