Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is partnering with a growing technology company in Basingstoke to recruit a Software Delivery Team Lead. You will own the successful delivery of software across four mobile applications and coordinate a key outsourced development partner to hit milestones.

This hands-on leadership role rewards a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with a focus on Agile delivery, risk management and delivering high-quality releases on time to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in software development or software engineering.
• Experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA to manage tasks, sprints, and delivery progress.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with outsourced or third-party development teams.
• Exposure to mobile application delivery (iOS/Android) beneficial.
• Exposure to React Native beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software delivery across four mobile applications.
• Manage day-to-day delivery activities with an outsourced development partner.
• Run daily stand-ups, track progress and remove blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritise requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure releases are delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Maintain visibility of development progress, risks and dependencies.
