Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in system implementation, upgrade management, and release processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and release management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation strategy and planning for system upgrades to minimise business disruption.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of upgrades, coordinating across teams to meet requirements.
• Manage release processes ensuring timely, quality deployments and post-implementation reviews.
• Foster vendor relationships to align third-party solutions with JCDecaux UK standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through documentation of upgrades, performance reviews and feedback.
• Mentor Implementation Analysts and collaborate with other department leads to ensure cohesive upgrades.
• Regularly update stakeholders on upgrades, downtime expectations and improvements.
