Job summary

RS in London is seeking a senior Group Financial Reporting professional to lead year-end and half-year reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance and high-quality disclosures across the Group. You will liaise with external auditors and support statutory accounts for subsidiaries.

The role focuses on technical accounting matters, policy development, and process improvements, requiring strong IFRS/FRS 102 knowledge and experience with consolidation systems such as OneStream and Excel.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong IFRS technical knowledge.
• Experience with IFRS, FRS 102 and UK Companies Act from an international Group perspective.
• Ability to prepare and review complex financial statements and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group year-end and half-year reporting and prepare plc accounts under applicable standards.
• Review UK subsidiary statutory accounts and reconcile overseas subsidiaries to Group Consolidation.
• Oversee monthly reporting including fair value calculations for share-based payments and IFRS16 guidance.
