Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Senior Manager, External Reporting (IFRS) to lead IFRS external reporting, UK disclosures, and coordination with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and external auditors. You’ll strengthen reporting governance and controls as the business scales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-qualification experience with IFRS external reporting.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with a strong IFRS background.
• Experience in Big Four or listed multinational environments preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including consolidation and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual IFRS financial statements and UK reporting disclosures.
• Oversee bank group reporting and ensure alignment with group data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for audits.
• Design and operate internal controls and governance for external reporting.
