Job summary

Concept Projects Group is seeking a Technical Estimating & Bid Manager to own end-to-end preparation and timely submission of client quotations, RFQs and tenders across diverse sectors. You will convert client requirements into credible, commercially robust proposals while coordinating input from technical specialists and maintaining governance across bid stages.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing technical estimates, quotations or tenders in engineering or construction.
• Ability to interpret RFQs, specs, drawings and client requirements.
• Strong cost-modelling across labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own allocated RFQs, tenders and enquiries from receipt to submission.
• Develop clear scopes of work, assumptions, exclusions and client dependencies.
• Coordinate technical narratives, case studies and schedules for client submissions.
• Ensure final submission is consistent across technical, programme and commercial sections.
• Maintain document standards and version control.
