Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Bid & Estimation Engineer to support tender submissions and project cost estimates across security and technology projects. The role collaborates with Account Managers, Operations teams and stakeholders across Europe to ensure accurate, commercially sound quotations.

Responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, compiling Bills of Materials, calculating labour requirements and preparing tender documentation for internal review.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination and bid management.
• Strong understanding of tender preparation and coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Experience with complex documentation.

Responsibilities

• Compile Bills of Materials and prepare quotations.
• Review designs to determine project requirements.
• Calculate quantities and labour for cost estimates.
• Prepare draft cost templates and tender documents.
• Coordinate tender reviews and sign-off processes.
• Support Account Managers and operations teams in reviews.
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier records.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure on-time submissions.
• Prepare correspondence for stakeholders and contractors.
• Participate in client tender review meetings.
