EY is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager in London to act as a senior technical advisor for strategic accounts. You will own the technical health plan, coordinate across customer lifecycle and collaborate with CSMs, product, security and engineering to drive secure adoption and measurable value.

You will build health scorecards, influence governance, and lead architecture reviews while communicating outcomes to senior leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 8–12 years in customer success management, technical accounts, or architecture.
• Experience in cloud or security consulting, risk, implementation or operations.
• Ability to communicate risk to senior leaders across multiple teams.
• Experience developing technical success plans and adoption strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own account technical health, adoption and service performance.
• Lead technical reviews, define health indicators and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate technology, security, privacy and resilience risks.
• Coordinate incident response, governance and cross‑functional actions.
• Translate technical issues into business implications and recommendations.
