The ideal candidate will have a solid work background, particularly with Residential Developers, and possess strong commercial awareness. Knowledge of building processes in residential projects, preferably with traditional build exposure, is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the design process within a residential development project.
2. Monitor and advise on alternative, beneficial design options where appropriate.
3. Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth design implementation.
4. Serve as the primary contact for design and production teams.
5. Advise on cost-effective construction methods.
6. Coordinate design information supplied to the construction division.
7. Ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.
8. Manage design output to meet project timelines.
9. Liaise with Local Authorities, Building Control, and Planning Departments.

Requirements:
