Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical role within a residential house builder.

  • Membership of professional bodies (e.g., ICE, CIAT, CIOB) is desirable.

Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team within Vistry West London, at our office in Ealing. As our Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete design process, including coordinating with consultants, liaising with statutory and local authorities, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all designs comply with legislation, standards, and Vistry Group policies and procedures.

Role responsibilities…
  • Manage multiple sites from design to post-completion
  • Undertake Principal Designer role per CDM 2015
  • Coordinate surveys, reports, and consultant fees
  • Manage civil engineering designs and legal agreements
  • Coordinate utility designs and approvals
  • Ensure design consistency across disciplines
  • Prepare drawings and documents for tender and construction
  • Coordinate street naming and legal processes
  • Assist with sales and legal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with NHBC, SAP, EPC, and other standards
  • Lead pre-start and progress meetings
  • Support land acquisition and planning discharge
  • Monitor technical and development fees
  • Resolve technical issues on-site
  • Participate in departmental and predevelopment meetings
  • Implement SHE policies and legal requirements
