A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join an award-winning residential developer, working on a landmark multi-phase development in Harrow. This is an ideal next step for someone with solid experience in residential design and coordination, ready to take more ownership across technical delivery in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The Role:

As Senior Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the flow of design and engineering information from pre-construction through to site delivery. Working closely with senior members of the technical team, you’ll take day-to-day responsibility for consultant management, programme tracking, and ensuring technical information is aligned with the wider delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the coordination of architectural and engineering information for one or more phases of the Harrow development, ensuring all design work is compliant, deliverable, and aligned with the construction programme.
2. Manage the interface between internal teams—including commercial, planning, and construction—and external consultants, providing clear communication and resolving design-related issues in a proactive, solution-led manner.
3. Monitor planning conditions, Building Regulation approvals, and NHBC submissions, ensuring timely discharge and compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
4. Review and manage consultant deliverables, chair design team meetings, and ensure all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and issued in line with build priorities.
5. Support junior members of the team where appropriate, and act as a key point of contact for site-based technical queries, providing clear and buildable solutions in collaboration with the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll have a strong background in residential development, with solid technical coordination experience on medium to large-scale sites. You may already be operating at senior level, or be an experienced Technical Coordinator ready to step up. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a deep understanding of design standards and construction methodology will be essential.
