Job Description

• Engage, support the appointment of, manage, and coordinate the design team
• Ensure design & technical information is produced to meet programme and quality
• Management of all statutory enquiries (e.g. utilities connections)
• Oversee NHBC/Building Regulations applications to approval
• Attend subcontractor interviews and support appointment via technical review
• Issue drawings as required for construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Technical Coordinator should have:

• A strong educational background in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proven experience in technical coordination within the residential development/construction sector
• Excellent communication with a proven ability to manage design teams to programme, cost, and quality
• A high level of problem solving skills

You must have the right to work in the UK and will be comfortable working full time on site in West / North West London.
