Your Role

Gensler’s London Studio is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our Workplace Studios. You will be a Revit expert responsible for initiating technical solutions that align with client and design briefs. You should have experience managing technical processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret client, designer, and contractor needs.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver workplace design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within diverse teams
• Collaborate with offices and consultants to develop innovative technical solutions
• Initiate technical solutions meeting client briefs
• Support detailed technical development during design and construction phases
• Coordinate with Design Managers and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with building legislation and quality standards
• Oversee technical aspects throughout all project phases
• Lead the technical team towards cohesive, compliant, and responsible solutions

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field with relevant experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM software
• At least 8 years of experience in architectural project design and delivery, with workplace experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial construction techniques and multi-project management skills
• Ability to operate in Revit at BIM Level 2 standards
• Willingness to travel within UK and Europe
• Excellent communication skills to convey BIM concepts effectively
• Leadership and teamwork skills with a flexible attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
