Job summary

Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Manchester. You will work directly with top law firms to design, build, and integrate bespoke solutions on the Clio Operate platform across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

The role requires hands-on software development experience on SaaS, strong communication, and a bias for delivering scalable, high-quality integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on software development experience, ideally on SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong frontend: JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong backend: C#/.NET and SQL Server with performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend solutions on Clio Operate platform for top law firms.
• Design and implement custom integrations, workflows, and UI components.
• Work across the full stack: C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with analysts, configurators, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices to improve delivery consistency.
